Use mascara, then an eyelash curler. If its not a dramatic enough effect buy fake ones.

It's all in the mascara, unless I am missing something and I probably am. I like either Estee Lauder's Lash XL, or a Mary Kay one that is very comparable, but 1/2 the price

K this might sound weird, but get a medal eyelash curler and blowdry it befor you curl your lashes and just like a curling iron for hair, it'll curl those lashes nicely and then you can chose to apply mascara or just leave em curled..

Using a curler is great. I just read about this trick: use 2 different kinds of mascara. One lengthening kind and one for fullness. It will really make your eyes pop. And make sure to do 2 coats.

It really depends on what kind of eyelashes you have. If they are short and light colored mascara or false eyelashes will do wonders. For straight eyelashes an eyelash curler is a life saver. Personally I have naturally long and dark eyelashes so what I do is just put a little olive oil on them and comb through my eyelashes with an eyelash comb. Good luck!
