I am not gonna be close to home for about another 3 months , but I tought it would be the best time to improve myself. Im a little over weight and have a little acne. Anyone have any tips on losing weight ,being healthy ,acne or anything that would include making me irresistable .
Anythin else like taning ,wardrobe ,manicures ,pedicures ,or confidence tips too...

try to fill half your plate at every meal with fruits and vegetables
drink a lot of water-back off the sugar
try proactive-it's fairly cheap and has worked for everyone i've ever known who's tried it, including me
dance-stand in front of a mirror with your headphones on and pretend you're a rock star-dress up-fix your hair-wear makeup you'd never consider going out in public in unless you were gwen stefani-you'll be suprised at how much excercise you get without even realizing it-every minute you spend dancing in front of that mirror is a minutes you're not sitting around doing nothing for yourself
cover your body from head to toe in lotion EVERY DAY!! the results will shock you-i promise
take a daily multivitamin-your hair skin and nails will GLOW
fake a tan with the light jurgens daily glow body lotion-you can't screw it up because it works so slowly- and since you're moisturizing every day anyway why not kill two birds with one stone? (a mr. clean magic eraser will scrub out streaks if you manage to get any)
look at yourself naked as often as possible. walk around the house naked. sleep naked. clothes will never be as comfortable and will always make you feel fat-but in the nude every woman is marilyn monroe
get a professional eyebrow wax every three weeks-it's the price of three starbucks coffees and it'll brighten your face better than makeup
do you think you're pretty? sexy? adorable? the more you do the more other people do (and the less you'll care what they think)
motivate yourself-read beauty magazines (don't compare yourself, just try to learn and get in the mood of beautiful things) or read books about fashion-what looks best on your body, etc.
or books about anything that makes you feel like a girl
do an amazon search for the following:
The good girls guide to bad girl sex
The bombshell manual of style
The pocket stylist
read all three cover to cover-at the least you'll be amused at the best they'll change your life-give them a shot
good luck! not many people have the guts to put everything they've got into improving themselves-you deserve to feel good about yourself and no one but you can give you that

Nutrition— Multivitamin, Green Tea (ideally the extract capsule), Essential Fatty Acids (Omega 3s and different such models) get Omega 3s from fish oil and flax oil. Diet— No greater than 1500 energy an afternoon. That is mostly what's regarded to be the riskless and heathy approach to lose. But that most effective works for those who devour healthful meals, lean stuff, now not fatty stuff. Eat stuff liek fowl and turkey for well protein and now not so much fats. Exercise— At least half-hour an afternoon of running (or at least quick jogging, i more potent suggest running despite the fact that) for three days per week. Maybe 6 days per week for those who wish quicker outcome (want a minimum of sooner or later off to relaxation) and even simply hold the three days adn broaden the time to an hour every day. Just dont kill your self. Mentality— Positive Thinking. Have a top-self-worth. Some scientifiic proof recommend that folks who dont have low vanity are extra gorgeous, (potentially a hormone that's realeased extra commonly whilst your completely happy?)

Mantras and peppy, fun exercise music is great.
When I diet, I just eat less of the stuff I like. Then your stomach shrinks and you'll want less. Cheerios and Crystal Light are pretty good diet-snacks.
Proactiv works really well on acne, but I just use a foaming facial cleanser 2x a day and exfoliate about weekly. (st. ives apricot scrub works well.)
Remember, black is always slimming, heels are too.
I have really fragile nails, so I keep them painted with a clear polish as they grow out, and as they grow out, I shape them. You can get french manicure kits from just about any walgreens, I think...
I stay away from the tanning booths, personally. But exercise or go outside in the sun often, and you might get a little darker. Stay away from sunless tanners.
There's no such thing as an irresistable oompa loompa.

Three months is just the amount of time you will need!
Its funny because everything should come together at once for you.
My advice would be to join a gym now and meet with a trainer (usually free with joining) or check out self.com and review their self challenge this will be a 3 month plan to overhaul your diet and exercise habits. Start to go tanning now and between drinking tons of water, exercising regularly and getting some sun your skin and confidence will improve naturally! Get your hair done about a month before you go home...just in case you don't love it! AND mosto f all ... goodluck!!!

First you need to build confidence in yourself.... then you can follow through with everything else. Wash your face in the morning and at night that helps with acne also get an oil free moisturizer if skin isn't properly moisturized it can cause break outs. Loosing weight there is only one way Eat right in proper portions no bigger than your closed fist for most foods and exercise daily even just walk your dog or someone Else's if your a couch potato its a good way to get started.. I wish you the best.

start working out. that will help you get in shape and also gain confidence. drink lots of water and stay away from chocolate for the acne. if it still doesn't clear up in a couple of weeks go to a dermatologist. (it's so worth it. my dr. cleaned me up in 6 months and i've never had to see him since. and you'll notice a difference almost immediately). being healthy - just start eating right. don't over eat. then reward yourself when you hit your goals. it will keep you going.
