No, I don't think that the situation is funny. I find it sad, really.
And I just want to remind everyone that we have all sinned and fallen short of the flory of God. That does not mean that Mel Gibson is not sincere about his faith. And his actions do not change my view of the movie " The Passion of the Christ" at all, for me. It is a great movie and it really shows what our Lord went through for us. Gibson did a great job.

I think Mel is a nice man. He isn't perfect, but who are we to judge? Let him be for being human. He does make me laugh.

Sure Lethal Weapon was a very funny movie. He is a great commedic actor and also pretty good at Drama. (not to bad a director either)

Feel really sad for him, for no matter what he does from now on, I think he might always be judged by what he utterred while drunk. Not that what he said was right, mind you, but people won't forget.
