i m 13, so pills... naa..... well, give me some advices, plzz!!!

well wat i do 2 fall asleep is 2 think bout sum1 u like/love for a while then u just end up closen your eyes and u get a good dream bout them sumtimes

dont feel bad i've been like dat for da pass 2 yrs since my grandma passed away jux listen to sum music something slow and mellow or cuddle wit ur favorite teddy bear dats if you dont think ur too old for dat heck im 15 and still do it lol or u could dream about dat real cute guy dat u like and dream up ways to get da courage to ask him out and before u no it ur asleep

Do you have anything on your mind? Sometimes, if I have a lot on my mind its hard for me to sleep. Try to resolve any problems you may have before you lie down to go to sleep. Hope this helped.

Run headfirst into a brickwall. You'll sleep like a baby afterwards for sure :)

read. Pray. read, pray, read....oh and excersize about an hour and a half before bedtime. I nice brisk walk with fresh air. 20 minutes will do.

Count sheep. No j/k. Close your eyes and don't let yourself open them. Try drinking sleepytime tea. It works pretty well.

Same problem with me, just try to sleep, and eventually you'll fall asleep.
