First of all, it's not too bright to be skateboarding in the mall. You may think your good, but if you slipped up and crashed into some kid or old lady and hurt them, you could both be held criminally and civily liable. In other words, you could go to jail and get seriously sued.
Another thing, if the guards that are chasing you because they think
that you're a danger to others, end up hurting themselves or other mall partrons, you can also end up being sued or charged with criminal negligence. You know what you are doing is wrong (and any reasonable person would) and therefor you are totally or atleast somewhat responsible for you actions.
I'm only 24 years old, but in the past 4 years of doing security, I've seen kids (who never thought they would get caught) go away for less and miss out on anywhere from an entire summer serving community service, to spending time in juvenille hall, only to get out and have to work for 2 years to pay off a settlement.
I would re-evaluate your actions. Weigh the temporary amount of fun or pleasure you're experiencing by joy-riding through the mall, to the possible risks listed above.

Stop skateboarding!! omg. If you keep skateboarding, when they catch you, not only will they tell you how ignorant you are for not stopping, they'll also probably give you some kind of a ticket or something.

Skate right out the door. No I wouldn't help you It maybe one of my loved ones you end up hurting not that I want anyone else to get hurt either.
