why can't I have the email address themojoman@yahoo.comwhen I email it,,comes back no such user???

THE MOJO MAN was my radio name for many years which I trademarked ( I know internet doesn't count) Here's the hitch,,,when I email it ,I get a no such user reply. So why can't I have it???

There's already someone with that user name. I know because I found their Yahoo profile. They just don't have an email account.
