With Blair now calling for a new way of dealing with Terrorists and in essense admitting that fighting wars across the world only creates more terrorists than alleviating the problem.
Bush needless to say is not capable of this level of thinking.

Blair is more experienced & clever politician, while Bush is less experienced & a dum man, he is president, because his father was a president.
