Double click on the printer icon in your system tray. Right click on the print job you want to stop and click cancel. When the dialog box comes up to confirm the cancel click yes. That's it.

Turn it off??? If that doesnt work unistall it! If that doesn't help turn off the pc and restart THEN unistall it, THEN shut down pc, THEN turn the pc back on and reinstall printer... if THAT doesn't work....you need to call tec support or get a new printer

Cancel the whole job. Click ALT, CTRL and DELETE and the same time. Go to task manager. Highlight what you want to cancel or shut down and hit DELETE. I hope that helps.

you should see a printer symbol on the bottem of your computer tool bar so then you right click and put stop all jobs

use the printing properties window and either stop printing or restart. if it keeps acting up disconnect the computer

What I do is press ALT+CTRL+DELETE go to Applications or Processes and press END TASK. Hope that helps.
