I've heard that in America guys are attracted to a womens chest, but in India its the feet. In America its obisviously offensive to show your chest if your a female. But in India is it offensive for women to show their feet by wearing sandals?

First, you don't know much about India---it is too darn hot in India during the majority of the year to wear anything but sandals, if the woman in question can afford to buy them. Many women of means wear sandals that are adorned with fake jewels, sequins, beads, etc. You will find more varieties of sandals here than you can find in the USA!
Indian men aren't as worried about a woman's feet as they might be about her "honor" if she is her sister, mother, or other family member. Respecting women you know is important.
However, men in India can be just as sexist as men from other countries. Eve-teasing (sexual harassment) is common. And men here like to see the sexy get-ups of the women in movies, videos, and print ads, just like men from around the world.

You heard wrong ... the internet has currpoted all men in india ... Sex is cheap at about 5 us dollars an hour and indian men are attracted to foriegn blone ladies with big **** and a nice *** and all their women are too skinny as they are vegeterians .
I have lived there and its amazing, men will just touch all over you as they please anywhere espically in a packed enviroment ( train , mall etc ) to check if they are real ...
Indian men love blow jobs the most as 99.9 of women will not do it .. and whores wont even put that thing in their mouth ,
it is not offensive to wear sandals as most cant afford shoes and its so hot . they all wear sandals..
What you are talking about is in Indian culture is rude to point your feet to anyone , i mena pointing your soles of your feet . that is considered offensive

India is a country with great culture to boast upon. The guys generally look at feet or touch feet of elders - and not girls of same age. The touching of feet or looking at is for paying respects and not as fetish you people always think.
As for as other part of your question, trust me, indian girls are million times better - not just good looking but intelligent as well. They have many things to offer - not just feet.
