Jeffery Dahmer of course he ate people,thats just not human.Gacy would come in second even if he killed at least a hundred boys.Eating people is worse then killing a thousand.I would have to agrree they all were monsters,and thank god they are all dead and burried.

Gacy he did kids! Jeff the chef ate adults. Teddy picked on adult women for the most part [his last might have been a teen if my memory serves.]

Why waste time ranking them? Unless I missed a trend, there aren't any serial killer trading cards out there...so there's no real value in ranking them.

eating people is human. very much so. none of them are good, all of them are bad. eating people is out of fashion thankfully.
