Commonly known a "resin furniture" (as in vinyl plastic resin), this stuff is available everywhere from big box home improvement and general retailers to the corner drugstore. The common colors are dark green, white, and beige. Many styles and price points are available.

Get the cheap stuff at a dollar store, or walmart.
Get the nicer stuff at a place like Lowes.
