Well, that ufo hacker guy commited his crime on UK soil and in the UK it was not punishable by a prison sentence, but he is still being extradited to the USA to go down. With the fucked up, one sided UK' USA extradition laws, if you shagged some nice 16yo american punani on British soil, I bet you could be extradited to the US to get man handled in some yankee prison for 100 years.
Best to leave them young American girls alone.
Personally I think the legal age should be 12. If there's grass on the pitch... lets play!

yes its illigal to have sex before 16 here in england and yes i believe the law is different in usa..but it depends weather the sex happend in usa or england. and yes noncing and peadophille is the same and has the same meaning..i guess if this happened in america i think there could be a case against him..but again it depends on what state and the law says there..
