There are systems that store solar heat fpr use later, but usually for nightime heating from daytime sunlight (they use solar water heaters). It is theoretically possible to use solar cells (like the ones in the solar light, but much bigger) to charge batteries, which can store the energy for a long time, and then use the batteries to run a heater. Unfortunately, such systems are big and expensive and not very efficient.

The oceans are giant heat capacitors - they soak up heat during the summer and gradually radiate it away. That's why, in the Northern Hemisphere at least, the weather continues to get warmer after midsummer and is coldest just before Spring rather than at midwinter.

All you need is a giant tank of water in your conservatory, that'll do it.

Or, if you focus the heat into a tank of water and let it boil then you could use the steam to make electricity and then store it in batteries until the winter.

go out there in the nighttime on a clear cool night. that heat is radiated back into space.

your line of thinking, the ground should stay 30C year round because the sun shines on it all summer !

ask people in phoenix AZ how warm their pools are in winter time.
