My eyes get dry, and i hate using Visine, because it irritates me. And ideas on what can moisten them up a bit without putting something in 'em?
And not only that, but i was, i guess you can say, born with bags and dark circles under my eyes. My dad, brother and sister have them, and we all get alot of sleep. And ideas on how i can make that s**t go down? It bugs me when i look like i'm having a terrible life!

Just use concealer to hide the dark circles under your eyes. But go one shade lighter then your natural skin tone. Use ice cubes under your eyes helps anything.

Dark circles are a trait that alot of people have.
I too have to deal with this, but I dont turn to surgery or make up.
A friend of mine told me that Preperation H cream works on dark circles and its so true!
It took a little while, but they went away in around a month or so of using the stuff under my eyes every morning and every night.
And with the dry eyes, do you wear contacts? Because Visine has a solution for every irritated eye you can think of. Maybe try using the contact visine or the allergy one.

For the bags under you eyes try hemorrhoid cream. As far as your eyes, I wear contacts and my eyes get dry a lot. I hate the way Visine feels so I use saline solution instead. It feels more moist.

For dry eyes, I sometimes try to find something to stare at (like the computer screen). Then, just stare at it without blinking, then your eyes will start to water sooner or later!
For bags / dark circles, I try to have something cold rest on them (like those cucumber pieces). You will have to lay there for like an hour, it will help some.

Maybe laying down with cucumbers or used teabags would help them. They're old remedies - but they work and they're not drops and are known to reduce bags, freshen the eyes, etc. The liquid from the tea and cucumbers kind of gets absorbed by your eyes and doesn't create water. Good feeling too.

1) don't use any more fake tears-it lowers your ability to lubricate your eyes naturally
2) don't RUB your eyes-the skin around your eyes is very delicate and shouldn't be subjected to that kind of pulling and pressure-it CAUSES the bags
3) the others were right-drink water to hydrate your system and make your own tears and use preparation H or (if you're worried the ointment will get in your eyes or worse in your contacts) use a cream designed for it- no puffery by origins is a great one

Are you well-hydrated? Being dehydrated decreases your tear production. When my eyes get really dry, I just drink a lot of water or gatorade. If I get really dehydrated it can take a week or so to get my system back to normal and to lose the dry eyes. Make sure you get eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day (2 liters/quarts).

Wow, I really don't know...
Plastic surgery is your best option.
If you just want to diminish lines/dark/puffy circles, try Clinique Daily Under Eye Moisturizer. :)
