fact that I am just now realizing that the people in the U.K. do not like us (Americans -- you know, we are on the U.S. site - am I right?). WHAT IS UP WITH THEM LATELY??? It's like there is so much hatred from them all of a sudden. Don't get me wrong, the people who are just being idiots on here - bad horrible answers and rude questions, I usually just bypass or ignore but I don't understand this country - United Kingdom - is against the USA. When did that happen? Why did that happen? I guess I just don't understand.

THERE'S EVEN A U.K. SITE - SEE BELOW. If they hate us, why don't they stick to their own site.

The U.K. site is the same as the U.S. site, since we're both English speaking.

Brits don't like us because Bush turned Blair into a bloody puppet on a string. Also, we Yanks are 'less refined' than our British counterparts. Of course, these are all stereotypes. I don't think you should take any snubs against Americans, as a whole, so much to heart. If the stereotype doesn't suit you, don't let it bother you.

Not all people from the UK hate us. Those who do, as do those everywhere else in the world, have good reason.

This administration has violated international law. The man we appointed to the UN has said that, since the US is strong, we can do anything we want, kill as many innocents as we want, destroy as many countries as we want, and everyone else should just shut up about it.

Would YOU like someone whose attitude was "I'm strong enough to hurt anyone I want, so I don't have to be a civilized human being."?

If you are really interested in understanding this phenomenon, start reading foreign news sites on the web -- these days we can read as wide a variety of perspectives as we want.

Start reading BBC's web site, Al Jazerra, and others. (Even non-English countries have English-language sites.) To get the perspective of other people, go to the horse's mouth.

I doubt all of them hate us. There are lots of nuts on here from all countries, and they know how to get your attention.
About the Brits - I think sometimes they might actually just have a sense of humor you don't fully understand. It's different and more subtle than ours. As far as real humor goes, anything goes. Did you ever watch Monty Python? Don't take it personally if some people are offensive.

They hate us because they know that our moron president has their moron prime minister under his thumb. They are dumbfounded by the fact that their prime minister is a puppet.

America was founded on being better than the Brits, we left, beat them up, and then saved them in WW2 ... so they feel like the red-headed step child and use any lame medium (ie, yahoo answers) to express their annoyance. They could stick to their own site but the guise of the internet makes it easier for them to complain on ours. ... Pretty pathetic.

My canine is a grasping little fool field, so she figures out distinctive the form to get what she needs in her kong. indexed right here are her grasp plans: enable it thaw as she consists of it around in her mouth. in this time, she is robust on my heels along with her kong and could drop it to "examine" on if that's thawed sufficient or no longer. Toss it in the time of the air and commenced throwing it around like an fool. Roll it around to make it stumble upon demanding surfaces. something comes out each and each time. LOL! Lick the nutrition interior the kong until she has all of it out. Takes the kong to my mom so she gets the nutrition out for her. mom falls for this one each and all of the time. LOL!! while it includes nutrition, Teensy is under no circumstances pissed off because of fact she is grasping and has the persistence of a saint.

Same reason anyone from any country (including our own) comes in here and acts like an a$$, because they are immature and hateful and it gets them attention. They think they are original by making fun of someone different. Ignore them. They are partially evolved neanderthals anyway.

I'm with "who the hell cares" - the UK has the same problem we have - too many refugees from the rest of the world. Most of the hatred I see is from someone who wants the US to save their a's's' but were too cowardly to stay home and impact their own problems. I tjink that is what we are seeing - most of Europe is flooded with arab refugees but they all profess to hate the west. Hell with them!

They dont like spending $$ is the problem. And you would think that the bombing there would have been a wake up call that they need to stand behind all the ANTI-TERRORIST. They are rather snobby people anyways and if it isnt suiting them they dont like it.

They're allowed to go wherever they want, the internet isn't restricted...and what a surprise, someone hates us.

I have news for you, they're not the only ones. No one likes us unless they need something from us. I'm not saying it's unjustified...just that it's not surprising.
