The only symptom I have is vaginal itching, nothing else. And its not even that severe, its annoying tho thats for sure! Its not like an itch that and i need to scratch with my fingernails its like i push on it and it helps haha, i dunno if that makes sense. Its by the vaginal opening and my urethra (aka pee hole, haha ). Is this a yeast infection? and also.. I am on Monistat 3, how long will it take to feel complete relief? also.... i dont have insurence right now so i need to avoid goin to the doc. this obviously complicates the situation

Recently I suffered from a very annoying yeast infection. https://tr.im/CureForYeastInfection
Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment. If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

It does sound like a yeast infection to me. I know it's irritating. There are some creams that is made for vaginal itch. Look for them at your drugstore. The monistat will work, but it's going to take a few days.

Monistat should come with some cream that helps with the itching. If you've got the three day, then by the end of the 2nd day it should feel better. You just have to make sure that you insert the suppositories in far enough. If it's just itching that's what it sounds like. If you are hurting to pee or have fever, it might be something else. If you don't get better, then you might need to go to the clinic.

All of the questions you have should be found on the box about how soon you will feel relief. I would suggest seeking some kind of medical opinion if the monistat don't work though. There are free health clinics in your area that will take a look at you for free of discounted based on your income. Try a womans clinic or a community health center.

Try cranberry juice if you can't see a doctor, it may not be a yeast infection, it may be a urinary tract infection. Monistat won't help a UTI. Cranberry juice will help flush out bacteria.

if you've never had a yeast infection before... see a doctor before taking any medication! it could be something else!

if the monistat doesn't work, its probably just an irritation. If it gets worse, you'll have to break down and go to a doctor it could be any number of things from an allergy to syphilis.

Sounds like one to me. I would get to the store and buy cinnamon extract. the cinnamon attacks the yeast itself. I would go with the cranberry extract also and drink lots of water.
