If Fidel does not return...which I think he will....his brother Raul will take over. Raul has been heavily involved since the beginning and has the same support as Fidel from the Cuban people.

What the hell does moscow have to do with Cuba any more. You mean Venezuela. Well nothing, the only thing that many cubans will have freedom of liberty or freedom of speech. FYI, russia has nothing to do with Cuba since the colapse of teh USSR. Thoughtful information.

Miami is gearing up to celebrate his death. I don't know enough about Fidel's brother to make a judgment. He may get the help he needs from Moscow. who knows.
