I only get this pop up when doing work on my pc through Internet Explorer 6. It doesn't happen any other time.

I have the yahoo tool bar installed. Pop up blockers don't work for it. I'm also not right clicking on anything. It pops up when I log into a web page where I have to enter info. and it pops up.

Are you sure it is a pop up? So far as I know, you would have to select information and click Edit, then click Copy OR select then right-click.
Do you have the pop up blocker button on the Yahoo Toolbar? click the down-arrow to enable it. There is also an option to find out why you are still getting pop ups.
