Can you explain your method for how to prioritize which of all the living beings you help maintain?

Well in my modest apartment the life forms are myself, my 2 cats, my fish and my plants. I need to eat, drink and such several times a day to maintain myself. I am the first priority because if I died, who would feed the rest?

Next come by cats because 1. They need more attention, food, water, etc. (fed twice a day, fresh water and litter box once a day) 2. I'd be lonlier without them

Next come my fish - they are fed once a day and I find their prescence calming.

Finally are the plants, which only require water once or twice a week, and are primary here to keep my apartment looking attractive.
