I'm 45, 5'8" and I wear shoes with heels from 1/2 inch to 4 inches. My 6'8" boyfriend says the higher the better AND he tells me my legs look best in the 3 1/2 - 4 inchers and I agree.

I love 4 inch heels, makes me over 6 feet tall but who cares they look good!

I don't ONLY wear heels over 4" but I've got 'em in my closet!

ii wear all heels but i usually wear 2"-4" not more then 4".

I don't, but thats not because I don't like them...I really do. But they tear apart your back..and in the long run, your muscles will end up being out of proportion. =/ Be careful that you don't over wear them, nobody wants a bad back at 40.

how about strippers.....they do. not me most of them 3 inch some are more but not all. don't listen to people who say u'll get weird muscles....i mean what? when have u ever since a model or some lady walking down the street with weirdo legs?

I only wear 3" inches (highest) But I am 5'8 so anything higher would make me look awkward.
