Your personal statement is an opportunity for you to present yourself as a good candidate for universities. Important things to include is why you want to do nursing - is it because of a life experience or something else? You need to show your passion for the subject. You should also put things that you have done which is related to the course such as work experience or volunteering. You also need to mention interests and activities to show that you are an active member of the school and outside-school community. The personal statement is an important thing as universities read this and based on this will decide to offer you a place or an interview. Good luck

I would try to find somebody at your current school or local university who could help you in person. Also research writing programs in your area. There are a ton of programs whose sole purpose is to help kids write admissions essays. You also might check out the library for books on the subject.
good luck!
