I tied a scarf around my upper thigh to cut off the blood flow from a bullet wound in Vietnam. I had to walk 8 miles to get back to base. When I stumbled back into camp dizzy from loss of blood and near death, the doctor took one look at me and said, "That scarf looks really good there Frank!"
So I would say yes the scarf is a good idea!

That would look odd...try buying a pair of jeans with the holes/fabric pre-made. I found some like that at Kohls, they are very sexy!

NO!!! just cut the hole in the jeans into like a slit from side to side...and then make more on the other leg too.....ripped jeans r in!

you would look funny, just leave the hole
im guessing the hole is in pants or shorts. everybodys pants are ripped now, just leave it
it would look ugly anyway.
