Get a very scary looking, cheese grater type of instrument from your beauty isle (revlon makes a good one) and scrape the hell out of your feet in the bath or shower. Don't be afraid of the tool, it really won't hurt you and might actually tickle a little. Just keep in mind that you control the pressure and can back off whenever you want to. It might take a little time at first. Then when you get out, while your feet are still warm and a little damp, put on a very heavy body lotion. Then again. Then again. Just keep letting it soak in over and over again. Try seven or eight applications. Then put on a pair of cotton socks and go to bed. Do the exact same thing the next night. If, after two days of this kind of intense exfoliation, you don't see any improvement, you might want to look into seeing a doctor about it. Do you wear a lot of backless shoes? That's the number one cause of dry, cracked feet.

Put some Corn Huskers lotion on them and a pair of cotton socks. Rub the lotion in good. Keep it up nightly until the cracking and peeling has subsided.
