I work in a GM dealership and this is direct from alldata.
DO NOT pull the fuse! It will disable the ignition and you may have to tow it to a dealer to fix.

Disabling Theftlock (R)
Notes

The Theft Deterrent is DISABLED from the SECURE mode by the following sequence of operations:

Battery and ignition voltages applied and radio OFF.
Depress radio preset buttons 1 and 4 for 5 seconds . The display will show SEC, indicating the unit is in the SECURE mode.
Using HR or HRS and MN or MIN buttons, enter the correct code number. The initial key press of either button will cause the display to indicate 000.
Press and hold MIN or MN until the last two digits of the code appears. The digits will also increment one by one with each momentary depression.
Press and hold HRS or HR until the first digit or digits of the code appears. The digits will also increment one by one with each momentary depression.
Depress the AM/FM button. If the display shows "--", the disabling sequence was successful (the numbers matched the user selected code or the factory backup code) and the unit is in the UNSECURED state. If the display shows SEC, the numbers did not match either of the codes and the unit will remain in the SECURE state. The display will revert to a secure state after 15 seconds .

This is a common concern with that make and model. Your vehicle is equipped with the Passlock security system. The system cannot be "deactivated" as it is integrated into the vehicle's Powertrain Control Module, and Body Control Module. I have diagnosed and repaired this concern many, many times. There should be an ongoing Recall for this line of vehicles imho. The vehicle's Passlock sensor (or module) is shorting internally and intermittently. The Passlock sensor needs to be replaced and reprogrammed. Unfortunately, the repair is a dealership only procedure. This answer is not intended to offend any independent techs out there. It is what it is. You need to take your vehicle to a reputable dealership and have the concern diagnosed and repaired properly. Peace and good luck.

is it original equipment or aftermarket? if original go to your owners manual check for fuse location--pull fuse BUT,this may shut off ignition, some better alarms will shut down because it thinks the car is being stolen----why do you want it off?
