Let her know that she has just become a young woman, and that embarrasing a weird feeling will go away, it is just a part of growing up.

just be her friend and put up with it. if u think something else is wrong suggest to her to go to the doctor. otherwise all us girls get cranky sometimes and we just have to deal with it.

be really nice to her and try not to argue with hwe ..or wait for it to end....women usually act weird when they are on their period,....it's something normal

ohhh, i get that crap too...if she gets all moody and bitc*y, just leave her alone, it'll pass in few hours or maybe a day....it's normal...she's just PMS-ing
