Off hand I would say it is in the value range between really liking it and not. Personally I'll give you face value for it and dinner. There are coin stores near by on Thousand Oaks Blvd.

Yes, if it's mint it can be worth anywhere from 30 to 60 dollars, depending on what someone wants to pay for it. I'd hang onto it as it will only increase in value over the years.
