Sterling silver is an alloy containing 925 parts of silver out of every 1000. If the alloy were to be made with 925 parts silver and 75 parts iron the result would be very slightly magnetic. The alloy would however be too brittle to be of any practical use.

Never. Magnets are attracted to anything which has iron in it. Sterling silver is pure silver.

No. Of the commonly available metals, only iron (and steel - which is made with iron) will stick to a magnet.
