My friend is really nice and would do anything in the world for me. But sometimes it comes with a price, to be her friend and her friend only. But I can't do that I have cousins, and other friends to. When I'm not at home she calls me allthe time what should I do?

try to get her interested in some extracurricular activities, volunteering, jobs, clubs, etc. encourage her participation and emphasize her good qualities as she is probably suffering from various insecurities

maybe have a talk with her to explain that while you appreciate her friendship very much, you are a social person and need more than one friend in your life.

Tell her that as much as you like her, she needs to expand her horizons and meet other people other than you. Just tell her that you have other activities ouside of her.
