When my Foreskin is pulled back there is a visible line around may penis which appears to be weak skin which splits during intercourse and has even split during gentle washing.
Plus it appears to be hypersensitve as i seem to get friction burn on the slightest contact.....yes i have stared using lube.
Does anyone have a clue what this condition is called ? or has had similar problem? Ive been to the doctors but she was useless.

Well, first of all, let it heal before having sex, for Christ's sake! that would be common sense... and put lotion on... keep it moist to heal, and I don't know what kind of sex you have, but if it is in the vagina and the woman is of normal size, and you still have a problem, yes, go to a doctor.... yes, it is possible for a man to have too much friction and/or sex which causes broken skin there... abrasions...so you have to abstain for awhile.

This sounds like a mild form of phimosis. This is where it is difficult and or painful to retract the foreskin. It would seem that you have a particularly sensitive foreskin and although tearing during intercourse does not surprise me, washing and causing tearing is a bit alarming. I would go back to the doctor and ask him/her to refer you to a urologist at your local hosptial. The most common proceedure for your condition would I'm afraid to say would be circumcision or at least a partial or maybe a frenotomy where the frenulum is disected away from the underside of the glans so allowing more movement and a lot less pain. Go see a different doctor, by the sounds of it she's useless!

go to another doctor, you need to get circusism (sorry, the spelling is prolly wrong) you have a higher risk of getting an STD. and apparently having that foreskin is prolly whats causing the problem, though i may be wrong. go to another doctor... perferably a male doctor. they seem to know more about yall's happy place then female doctors (not saying female doctors know nothing)
