I am a size 14 now, even before the pregnancy. I have a little bit of a tummy, but I think that is mostly due to my wieght, not the pregnancy. My stomach feels a little harder than normal. Some of my pants are a little tighter. When will I look pregnant. Also, I haven't had any morning sickness, just occassional queasiness. Does this mean that something is wrong?

you sound perfectly normal and healthy!

in about two more months you will begin looking pregnant to yourself and to those close to you.

unfortunately you will just look a little heavier to others until you get further along. before you know it, around month five, the whole world will see your developing baby and know!

morning sickness is different for everyone and occasional queasiness is normal. if you are lucky that's all it will be!

congratulations!

I was a size 14 before I found out I was pregnant. I'm almost 5 months now, and I'm only showing a little bit (not obvious that I'm pregnant really, I just look a little chunky, haha) People who know me say they can tell, but other than that, I'm sure most people can't tell yet. My pants can barely button if I'm standing (not at all if I sit down) and my shirts are way too short now. I'm wearing maternity clothes, but they are a little loose. Also I've had to buy bigger bras already (my boobs have grown from a 38 D to a 40 DD) I'm sure it'll be obvious that I'm pregnant within a few weeks to a month.

As for the morning sickness...mine didn't kick in until I was 2 months, and even then it only lasted about 2 weeks. I only threw up maybe 3 or 4 times so far in my pregnancy (knock on wood!!) Also, my morning sickness wasn't even in the morning, it was mostly at night.

Hope this helps!

Congrats and good luck with everything!!

Everyone is different. Some show at 3 mos, some start showing at 6 mos. I didnt start to show until about 6 months, plus even when I was 8 1/2 months along, i didnt look like i was pregnant still and everything was all good.

Same thing happened with my second child, i didnt show until about 6 months again and you could hardly tell i was pregnant during the last few weeks of pregnancy.

I didnt have any morning sickness with my first 2 children, which was a blessing. I am 15 weeks now and i got over morning sickness couple weeks ago. It was horrible, believe you dont wanna have it, cause mine was all day sickness.

Nothing is wrong, your just experiencing pregnancy different from other mothers.

You'll be the first person to notice the bump when it arrives - that may be another 4 weeks yet.

All bumps are different - some are small all the way through until the last 3 weeks when they suddenly grow huge! Some sit high up and are rounded but little, some sit low down and look like footballs. Some seem to go all the way around the waist!

At some point you'll feel like a beached whale. It just doesn't seem like it just yet - newly pregnant I bet you can't wait for it to show - by 6-7 months you'll be knackered and won't be able to wait for it to get out!

Enjoy your pregnancy - feel lucky you haven't had sickness - it doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Good luck with it all the way.

I am 35 weeks with my first one and I have just started to show with in the last week. I didn't have morning sickness, maybe cause I stay very active and work out at least for an hour every day. I have totally changed my eating habits and feel much more healthy than I was before. I have 2 fellow co-workers whose wives are both pregnant due on the same day and they seemed to have more problems than I have. I have actually lost a few pounds in the last week but i know my baby is good because shes still very active.

I was just like you in the beginning of my pregnancy. I had no vomiting, but at times felt a little queasy. I also couldn't wait to start showing. I am now in my 6th month and my belly is so low. You can't help but notice that I am pregnant. Relax, don't rush. Enjoy the time where you can sleep on your stomach. Soon, that will be uncomfortable, and you can only lay on your back or sides. Congrats

Yes Everyone is Different, in my case I'm just starting to need some clothes, I can still wear my jeans but they are not as comfortable as maternity jeans or maternity clothes.... but I lost weight at the beginning of my pregnancy due to changing the way i ate and the things I ate, like no caffeine drinks, mainly just water, and I stopped eating so much unhealthy stuff and started eating healthy... so you may be different...

I am 20 wks now I have not been sick yet either, its a blessing, be happy about that, lol... I don't think anythings wrong, every women's body is different and we all respond to pregnancy different...

Just keep taking your prenatal vitamins and visit your Dr regularly, you'll start getting to hear the baby each time you visit and you'll get to know your body more as you pregnancy progresses and you'll know if anythings wrong, plus your Dr's will keep a close eye on you too, talk to them about it too, it may help if you get some reassurance from them.... Don't worry you'll be fine, and soon you'll have a beautiful son or daughter... CoNgRaTuLaTiOnS!!!! Take care!

I didn't start showing until I was 3 months pregnant, and I wore a size 2. Now I'm working on 34 weeks and waking up every hour just to pee is getting to me. And I still get sick to the point of vomiting every now and then but usually I can control them now.

You will probably start showing at about 4 months and not having morning sickness is nothing to worry about. Some women never get it.
