This is a great way to look at things and I think I shall never be lonely again. Being alone is much better than being lonely and thinking of being with ...that person.

ummm nope. When I am really lonely for a bad reason:
I think of another time when I was lonely and why that was. That makes me even more depressed. Then I obsessively have those thoughts of the past and feel as if I am all alone--even if I do have a friend to call, because in my mind at that time, I could not logically see anyone ever feeling the way that I felt. Hence, I must get depressed and feel sorry for myself and crash, before I see that I am not alone.
But You have just given me a great avenue of knowledge. Let's see here. hmm. If I truly feel lonely again for some real reason then I can still know that I may be in the wrong or whatever, but By thinking the worst person I could be with or was previously around, would lighten the day a bit. lol. Thanks for that suggestion. I will remember this one.

Yeah, sometimes I think about my dad(being the worst person I know) when I'm lonely. Some days yes I'm happy he's not around, but then there are a few days when I wish he was here for me.

I don't really know any really bad people so i can't say that i think about the worst person. This is a little confusing or i'm just being dumb so i'm done answering this one. LOL

nah i think of the best person that i ever met (andrew) and think about some of our conversations and stuff, or i send emails.
