How many of us get really Annoyed and Angry with these Time Wasting Automated messages.
We press the numbers they ask you to do ,either 1 to speak to...or 2 to speak to...or 3 to speak to..or 4 to speak to..or back again when you have done all those things to press 1 to ....or press 2 to....or press 3 to..... just to get through to the Dept. you require to either Query a Bill or making a Complaint, or for anything else you are calling about.
Phone calls are not Cheap or Free, they should be with all the Profits they make ! they keep you waiting for ages, and when you do eventually do get through, on most occations you can't understand a Word the Operator is saying.!!
It would be interesting to hear from anybody who Works in a Company who has this Dreaded Anomated System,and read what their views are on them.
I cant wait for the Day they bring back the Good Old Engaged Tone, at least then our Phone Bills will be Cheaper and our Blood Pressure will be Lower.
