Does anyone know of a free Address Book/Calender Software for a Blackberry that can be downloaded to desktop?

I'm looking for something that I can type into the desktop and then sync to the blackberry. thanks!!!

I'm not sure what kind of sync software you are using, but Microsoft Outlook should do the trick.
