how do you transfer Limewire music you dowloaded to an Mp3 Player?

please help!!!
mine is a
sandisk sansa
model: m240

PLEASE HELP!!!!

go to your limewire library and click explore....it may take a minute....but when the window comes up click "select all" and copy them to your mp3's music program that it came with.

What about using Windows Media Player.
Your MP3 player might have PlaysForSure.
