Go inside and don't hold a big metal rod. If you have an old fashioned satalite you might want to take that off your roof. If you live in a valley don't worry about lightning, just floods. Lightning strikes tall things like trees or homes on big hills. Don't worry it's like a one in a billion chance you or your home would be hit.
