Neither, I think they're both bonkers. If I absolutely had to pick I'd go with Pitt, the least insane of the two.

Brad Pitt, I don't even think Tom Cruise is that good looking to begin with. Brad however is a very handsome man.

Neither! They are both over rated. Tom Cruise has a huge nose not to mention that he is a PSYCHO! And, Brad Pitt just isn't as hot as he thinks he is. Eww.
Now, John Stamos or George Clooney would be an appropriate who's more sexy poll.
