how do you come up with these questions? but maybe she could still be adopted and maybe you should read more into what she is saying then just what is on the top, maybe she means that she is not a fool, but maybe you could make a sign and paste it in the local post office, saying "i'm lonley being no ones fool, can i be your fool"

Probably too late to get someone to adopt her, but you could always fix her up with some married guy. Then she'd be somebody's fool for sure.
