a red Ferrarri convertible

Ferrari 288 GTO. Not all practical or realistic (I am a teacher and not many Ferraris are seen in school parking lots, now are they?). But when I close my eyes, I can see the view from the driver's seat. Sitting low, side mirrors actually raised above the level of the seat so I can see behind the car. The shiter is chrome metal, hot to my touch, and is in a metal gated shifter, no leather boot around it. The dash is black and has precision gauges, no radio or CD player as those things weigh, and things that weigh make you slower, not faster. The seats are leather, but thin, cut in bands of black and tan hides, and the fit is very snug, as the car wraps itself around you. The pedal effort is stiff, the cockpit intimate, but when that key turns and the engine lights up, just behind your right shoulder, it's like a passionate cry right in my ear, telling me she likes it, and to go...go...go...GO!

Ok, so maybe I obsess about cars too much.....

My Toyota Sienna. I drive that sucker all over the place. Two days from Virginia to McAllen, Tx, and doesn't miss a beat. Best car I ever owned. I am at the age where i mostly want seating comfort, which it has, and reliability so I can drive 800 or more miles in a day without worries.

I thought I wanted a Seabring convertible but the price... ouch! I bought a Hyundai Tiburon and I LOVE IT! My little zippy Tibby is wonderful for getting around traffic in the city and burns up the interstate pretty well too!
