this cannot be solved
there is no solution set
the way this is written there are three separate expressions that are all supposed to be equal
the middle expression has no variable and is equal to 4 3/5
the last expression has the variable "x" but written as x/x, the term will always be equal to "1" no matter what "x" is equal to so the total expression is 6-1+4=9
9 does not equal 4 3/5
in the first expression, 10/x, the expression could be solved for either 10/x=9 or 10/x=4 3/5, but not both, of course
perhaps you mis-wrote or I misinterpreted the problem

10/x = 4 + 3/5
10 = x(4 + 3/5)
10 = x(23/5)
10 = 23/5x
x= 50/23
now,
10/x = 6 - x/x + 4
10/x = 6 - 1 +4
10/x = 9
10 = 9x
x = 10/9

erm.. that's impossible, x/x simplifies to 1, so 4 + 3/5 which is 92/20 is never going to be equal to 6 - 1 + 4 which is 9.

There must be an error in the question.
Simplifying, I am at:
10/x = 23/5 = 9.

the answer for x is 25. If you take 3 and divide it by 5 you get 0.6 so then you take 0.4 and start dividing it by things until you get 10 and the answer is 25.

Your first hint is to get 'x' on one side of the equation
