Okay, if you are not obese and you loose 50-60 pounds, you would probably be severely anorexic. If you loose weight slowly enough and you don't have a history of smoking, at 16 your skin should be elastic enough to catch up with any reasonable weight loss.

it's not the total weight that matters. it's the amount of weight lost within a certain time period. most nutritionists would say that a pound a week is a lot. so, if you lose about 2 pounds in a month, you should be fine. anything faster than that is unhealthy. anything over 5 pounds a month will sure to leave you with excess, flabby skin.

all thoses weights are possible to obtain...but as far as loose skin goes there is no telling....if you loose that much u might have some loose skin but ur only 16 so ur body should snap back into place...i lost about 30 lbs last year when i was 15 and now im skinnier than almost all of my friends. and i used to be chubby....but i dont have any loose skin at all! all of my skin is very tight and firm....African American skin tends to age better and stays tight longer...so based on ur avatar i am just assuming u r. hope this helps!

If you need to loose that much weight then you are over weight. If you do it slowly and properly then you won't have much if any loose skin.

It depends how much you weigh now...You will definitely have more skin than you would normally but it depends. If you are not obese, I think you are okay. But more than 50/60 pounds, you will start to have NOTICEABLE skin hanging around.
