First of all give that someone a nice compensating job or a capital for that someone to use in business. Secondly guide this someone with advices and see to it that he/she goes in the right way. I think with these tool you would be able to change their life in a good and positive way.

It would depend on the person, the circumstances and whether I knew them or not. I would tend to be more generous with someone whom I knew well, but I have given enough to hopefully cause a change for the better for a complete stranger who was recommended to me by a trusted priest. I hope it improved their life.
