sometimes people take the truth the wrong way! maybe the person who is saying those things aren't trying to mean, but you take it in that matter. I think we feel so hurt that when people are trying to be compassionate or tell you in the " not intentionally hurting your feelings way" that its seem harsh beyond reason. Now I'm not going to lie to you some people are actually rude and obnoxious in telling you things, but you just have to work through it and not worry about that person.

But when you want answers...that's a different story and a different ball game!! Sometimes people don't give closure to anything because they don't want to hurt your feelings or the just don't care. If you continue to nag and nag this person with why this and why that then they are going to get irritated and it will come out as rude!! But if they don't give you answers the first time that you ask then just move on....it might hurt a lot that there is no closure but life goes on!

Sometimes the truth hurts, no kid wants to hear that they are too young but its very often very true. If you are truly asking a question in the interest of getting peoples (adults) opinions about it then you shouldn't be bothered by it, if you are simply putting things out there to try to get people to agree with you then you shouldn't waste anyones time by posting a question anyway and should just talk to your friends who all think they are grown up enough to know whats what too. We say it because we've been there, we've seen what can happen if you get involved in things you are simply too young to deal with. We are only trying to save you some grief, but if you would prefer learning the hard way go for it.

For some people 'you'll always be too young', especially parents, they're simply terrified to let you grow up - indeed it sucks, but think of it this way: One day you can turn and say: Ha, Up Yours!

it depends on what kind of question you ask alot of kids on here ask things that they already should know the answer to if they had any common sence and you should learn to toughen up a bit if the things people on here say seem nasty and hurt your feelings because they are just strangers who you will never meet in person and during the course of your life you will encounter bigger stronger and nastier people who will say much worse things to you

That is so natural. When grown people are talking they, always do not want young questions or the contrary. Please, be patient and if you want sincerely answers try a new approach... for example, speaking one to one and not in a group. Here, is another way... we do not know how old you are.

some people are afraid to answer question to young people because they don't really know and don't want to sound dumb so they give a dumb answer like that not realizing they do any way
and others think they are protecting you from the truth

of course no one likes it, its demeaning. But I dont think most people mean it that way, they just dont know how to handle it. But what you do is, say "I cant, God has made me this age for a full year and I get to be it and act it." It may not make a whole lot of sense but it usually gets whoever to "SHUT IT", ya know.

Im 39 but Im amazed at how much hostility adults spew at kids online. I dont know why they do it. Are they jealous of those with youth? Who knows..
