If you go ahead with this, please make sure you get a reputable doctor. Check ALL his or her credentials.

I had mine done in 2003 by a doctor who came highly recommended by a friend who had hers done by him with no complications. It was the biggest mistake of my life. Not only did he botch the job, but I ended up taking seizures and being in a coma on life support for 7 days. I spent a total of 9 weeks in the hospital. Please make sure your physcian is recommended by another doctor and not just a friend. That is a mistake I will never make again.

BTW - I have since sued the doctor involved AND had another doctor repair the incompetent's work. They look wonderful. ;0)

You need to speak with the consultant who would be doing your op you also need to think of the repercussions do you really want someone to cut into your body so you can fit in with clothes or society? what if something goes wrong? all operations are risky or if they the boobs are not to your liking ask your parents friends get their opinions on the subject also think of the money aspect will you be borrowing it what about the interest rate also the pain that you will have to endure at the end of the day I think the decision is yours and its your body But I think you already have doubts or you wouldn't have asked the question

I plan to get a reduction. Currently a 42DD. Anyway, do what is bet for you. The fact that you ask says you want to. Who cares what anyone says. So what if it is conforming. How many people wera deoderant, shower, buy makeup, try to get rid of acne, buy prada, drive so and so car, live here, wear abocrombie, ..... I say if you've got the money do it! Its a self esteem booster, just don't get crazy with it, and do your research on good doctors and possible side effects. Good Luck!

Don't do it. I know a few of my friends that got implants. And all i can say is that you get alot of complications and infections. Just wear a padded bra.Nobody is perfect. But if it make you feel more confident. go for it. Not too big though. okay.
But it's not healthy, not good for you at all. trust me! Gives you a lot of med problems. But make sure to consult a certified doctor. And ask him questions and about the side effect etc.. the will know more about it.

good luck

Be glad that you don't have to deal with bras. Realize that many men (me too) are sometimes very attracted to flat or flattish women, although I do prefer a C or so mostly. Maybe stuff a bra and see if the reactions are what you really want before you consider it. Its ok to be flat and is attractive too.

You are too young for implants, especially if you want to have children. My friend went from a small B to a DD and 6 mos later got pregnant. She is 22 and you can tell her breasts are fake AND they STILL look like she nursed her baby even though she didn't. They don't look good. You're so young, just wait a few more years or at least until you have children because it is just money wasted.

Conforming? Why even worry about that? We live in a society where nipping/tucking/ and replacing are nothing anyone even thinks twice about. They will never care. Go ahead. Make yourself happy. If it builds your confidance, and makes you feel as pretty as you really are, then I don't see a problem.

i definately wouldnt do it, the risks are too high. in some instances they can burst, or complications during surgery can even kill you. but if you decide to do it, get saline implants instead of silicone because it is not as dangerous. Saline is just salt water, your body has a lot of that already in it would be unlikely to be fatal if it bursts. Silicone can cause some very bad reactions if it bursts inside you.

If you do, go to someone very credible. Nothing worse than a bad boob job, i have a friend who looks horrible!
Also if your gonna have kids, wait. Once I had my daughter my boob went from a B to a full C almost a D

Get your breast enhancement/augmentation (boobjob) surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery (including facelift/ breast enhancement tummy tuck./lipo) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .

My cousin got her cosmetic surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results.sHe is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. .hope this helps.I think she paid only 8500$ for the tummy tuck and liposuction surgery for which she was quoted 22000 $ in USA.
