Honestly the best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise. Since you are already eating healthy, the exercise part comes in. Since you have a dog you can take it for a walk every day walking is a really good form of exercise because you burn a lot of fat calories while doing it. Running/walking on the treadmill will also help. Bike riding is a good form of exercise because you use different muscles than you would while walking or running. Also even though they arent the most fun thing, sit ups are a really good way to help tighten your stomach and lose weight..they arent the most fun way but they are effective. Hope this helps!

i would say a good diet that works for u and exorcising on a daily basis. also another really important thing to have when your trying to loose weight is confidence. You have to remember that your beautiful just the way you are so you don't take it to any drastic measures like not eating or sticking your finger down your throat because even if for some reason you feel prettier doing it doesn't mean its a good idea !!!!!

Drink water-8-10 glasses a day.
Start walking and exercising-keep moving/active
No sugar minimize your portions-eat cereal,lots of fruits,veggies and fish. Watch the calories-Sit-ups and crunches

1. Stop eating.
2. Exercise nonstop.
3. Bulimics are usually fat so that doesn't actually work because calories are absorbed fast. So I don't know what the third one is.

Eat small portions at mealtime. I mean, really small. Eat a healthy snack between meals so you don't get too hungry before you sit down for dinner.
