No. This is only a myth. Many people though a person with a bigger feet has a bigger penile size. The size of a penis actually depends on how fast the blood flow through the nerve in the penis which cause an erection.
An old man may have a smaller penis due to aging.

yes there is a correlation i am a size 14 and have a 9 inch penis i have a friend thats a size 8 and has a 5 inch

nope my friend has a size 8 and a 7 1/2 inch penis but i have a size 13 and a 7inch its really doesnt make a differnce

pure and simple myth, it's just the luck of the draw. you could have a size 13 foot and a 4 inch dick or a 8 in dick and a size 8 foot.

I personally dont believe thats true but what I did find that ran true was the size of a man's fingers usually matches his penis, the shape, width, etc.
