You are fine. Elevate your feet and take your shoes off and you should be okay. If you are pregnant or overweight, the added weight causes your feet to swell more than an average person's feet. You might also want to bathe them in cool water.

It is normal for your feet to swell in the heatwave. You should try soaking your feet in cold or warm water (use warm water if you are having pain). It's usually best to soak your feet using a foot message/foot soak, and complete with a foot cream.

It's normal. I agree, wearing sandals helps, but make sure they are EXTREMELY comfortable. Also try resting for a while, and soak your feet in some cool water. Oh, and if you can't wear sandals, try wearing socks that athletes wear. They help you feet stay dry, which for some reason or another, keeps your feet from swelling.

not at all, especially if you are wearing loafers or footwear that does not make your feet breathe.

Wear sandles if you are allowed to some schools and workplaces are strict.
