Anything to make the Israelis look like the bad guys. They also use stills from other wars, and even a still of a victim of the earth quake in Turkey a few years ago. They had the 2 Israeli kids killed in Nazareth up on the site "fromisraeltolebanon" until I pointed out that it was them, not 2 Lebanese boys.
