That's severe diarrhea. Are you going frequently? If so, it's from either food poisoning or you've got the stomach flu. Nasty stuff. Get something to drink with electrolytes in it. Capri Sun makes a sport drink that's got them in it that will work, but I felt better when I drank the kind you give a baby (look with the baby food in the grocery store). Sip on that to keep hyrdated, that's the most important thing. And since it's been almost an entire day, if it hasn't cleared up soon, like with a couple of hours, call your doctor. You're probably not very hungry, but limit what you eat until it dies down. If you're really hungry, nibble on toast or a banana, but keep it small so that your stomach isn't too full (and therefore overloaded)...it actually makes it worse. Definitely stay away from spicy foods, stick to bland when you do eat.
