it is a scam
there is an article about it online
the money goes to funding crazy Muslims and all you get in return is a box of ashes

I'm not really sure... I've seen similar stores, like The Rugged Warehouse in my neighborhood... It's all fake, the brand names, I mean, but that doesn't mean you can't still get quality items. However, I can't find much of anything about this "15-dollar-store". It's been backed-up by Atlanta's "Jessica Shops" ( http://www.jessicashops.com/jessica_shops/2005/10/ ) site, but I'm still not sure it's legit. In having to pay in advance, I'm not sure I'd risk it.
