If you were tried as a juvenile, then the records should be sealed.

if you were tried as a juvenile and charged as one then no..when you turn 18 it really doesn't count that much, but a lot of jobs still look at it.. it's not supposed to show on your background check if it was as a kid though. however, since there is that clause about trying as an adult.. you might be stuck with the felony wrap for up to 7 years..

NO...IT IS ILLEGAL FOR A JOB TO USE A FELONY YOU COMMITTED AS A MINOR AGAINST YOU...IT IS ALWAYS THERE FOR PEOPLE TO LOOK AT...BUT IT CAN'T BE USED...MY P.O. TOLD ME WHEN I WAS A JUVENILE THAT HE COULD GO ON HIS COMPUTER AND SEE PEOPLES RECORDS FROM 30 YEARS AGO...THEY ARE NEVER SEALED LIKE SOME PEOPLE THINK !!!

depends on if your record is sealed or not. if you're unsure talk to a criminal attorney or your probation officer about it.
